Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026

⚠️ This is not medical advice. Pudding is a helper diary for parents, not a medical, diagnostic, or treatment tool. Always confirm food and allergen timing, and any decisions about your child's nutrition and health, with your pediatrician. If you notice signs of an allergic reaction, seek medical help immediately.

1. Acceptance

By installing and using Pudding, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the App Store rules.

3. Purpose

The app helps you keep a solid-foods diary: record introduced foods, observation windows, allergens and reactions, and receive reminders. Timelines and methodologies are informational and based on public guidance (WHO, AAP/NIAID, Russian Pediatric Society); some values are clinical consensus, which is noted in the app.

4. "As is" and no warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information fully applies to your specific situation. You, together with your doctor, are responsible for decisions about your child's nutrition and health.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. The app collects no data — everything stays on your device.

7. Paid features

The app is free at launch. If paid features (a subscription) are added later, the relevant purchase, renewal, and refund terms will be added here and handled through the App Store.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
